Abstract Submission

We invite submission of abstracts for oral or poster presentations for each of the four conference themes.

Abstract submission will be possible after May 15, 2019. Abstracts should be no longer than one page (about 500 words), including figures and tables.

Authors are requested to submit their abstract electronically using the Online EDAS conference management system in PDF format before the deadline (see Important Dates). The submission processes will be managed by EDAS. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password. If this is your first time using EDAS, you will need to register for an account by clicking “create a new account” button. Upon completion of registration, you will get a notification email from the system and you are ready for submitting your abstract. You can upload and re-upload the abstract to the system by the submission due date.

  • All authors of accepted abstracts for presentation will be requested to submit a proceedings article of no more than three pages in length including all materials (maximum of 2500 words) to be published as conference proceedings.
  • Authors of selected presentations will be invited to submit a full article to a Scopus indexed journal as a Special Issue. These articles will undergo full peer reviews before being accepted for publication.
